Summer Chinook also called "June Hogs"
Summer Chinook are larger than Spring Chinook and
average around 16-22 lbs. with fish over 30 lbs. not being uncommon.
Like the Spring Chinook these fish are not spawning until late summer
and early fall so they have a rich flavor and are great table fare!
